What the heck is going on with the media in Singapore? It is not only the local shows that try to ape western shows but when they do so, it turns out to be the worse rather than for the better. Now here we have this. Villa Wellness. About some people that go to a spa for Singapore's own version of Extreme Makeover, with some dumbass saying to contestants that they "look like bananas." What the fuck are you doing Mediacorp? Run out of original ideas? Trying to be like the others? Oh I forgot. This is Singapore where there are a dearth of creative people with original ideas and Mediacorp Singapore is no exception. And this is what we pay that 100 odd dollars every year for….fucking trash.
